Three surfaces, one verified price

Publish a price once. Loa distributes it across the surfaces that actually drive modern healthcare discovery - without you stitching feeds yourself.

Search and AI assistants

Your Loa entity page is crawlable with FAQ, breadcrumb, and MedicalOrganization schema, so patients and AI search agents see your verified data - not stale third-party listings.

Loa MCP server

Verified prices are exposed via the Model Context Protocol so assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can quote your numbers with provenance instead of guessing.

Loa API and partners

Payers, employer benefits platforms, and care navigators query the Loa API for price context. Verified rows are labeled and ranked above raw MRF estimates.

What claiming unlocks

Listings stay public either way. Claiming converts your page from a source-file profile into a provider-verified record with control and analytics.

  • Verified-by-provider source label on every published row
  • Profile control: hours, booking URL, accepted insurance note, contact details
  • Comparable MRF context shown next to your verified prices
  • Listing analytics: profile views, outbound clicks, update demand
  • Submit cash, package, and self-pay prices once, distribute everywhere
  • Reviewed updates with rejection reasons - no opaque moderation

How it works

Most claims are reviewed within a few business days. You can submit pricing before verification finishes - it queues for review and publishes when both are clear.

1

Claim and verify

Submit affiliation details on a short claim form. Loa reviews your relationship to the listing, typically within a few business days.

2

Publish verified prices

Submit cash prices, package prices, or a pricing CSV. Loa reviews and overlays them on your entity page with a verified provenance label.

3

Reach patients and agents

Your verified rows are immediately available to crawlers, the MCP server, and the API. Track impressions and outbound clicks from the provider dashboard.

Why this is different from a directory listing

Loa is a price-first platform, not a generic directory. Provenance and review are the product.

Source-labeled provenance

Every row carries an authority (verified vs source_file), a source label, and a confidence rating. Patients see exactly where the number came from.

CMS hospital price transparency aligned

Loa ingests hospital MRF files and shows comparable rows next to your verified prices. Your published self-pay and package rates are presented in context, not in isolation.

Reviewed, not auto-published

Every submission goes through Loa review. If we reject a row we tell you why, so you can correct and resubmit instead of fighting silent moderation.

Frequently asked

How do verified provider prices show up on Loa?

After Loa reviews your submission, verified rows appear on your hospital or provider page with a verified provenance label, alongside any public MRF rows for context. They are also exposed via the Loa MCP server and Loa API.

Does Loa charge to claim or publish prices?

Claiming your listing and publishing verified prices is free. We offer optional paid plans for advanced analytics and bulk API access; see /pricing for details.

How do AI assistants use my published prices?

Verified prices are exposed through the Loa MCP server with provenance metadata. Assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can call MCP tools to surface your verified numbers when a patient asks about pricing.

Can I correct a price after publishing?

Yes. Submit an update from your dashboard or from the public listing. Loa reviews the change, applies the override, and labels the row with the latest reviewed timestamp.

What happens if I do not claim my listing?

Your page still exists with public MRF or directory data, but rows are labeled source_file rather than verified, and you do not get analytics, profile control, or update review.

Take ownership of how your prices are quoted

Patients, AI assistants, payers, and partners are already pulling price data. Claim your Loa listing so the answer they get is the one you verified.
